In 2007, after a few attempts to get overpriced clients to lower their listing prices, she applied her experience with data warehousing and business intelligence to the problem. With a few charts and graphs, she soon had a much easier time wrangling price changes out of sellers—and impressing them during a listing presentation.
Over time, her broker noticed the charts and made requests for them. Then they decided to try it out on a few agents. When the multi-million dollar producers said, “We can’t live without it!”, a product was born. Most of 2009 was spent designing, testing, changing and adjusting the user interface, hosting platforms, and chart production techniques to create an industrial strength solution capable of being used world-wide.
