Why use REDataCenter versus other providers? Because our analyses are done the way your agents think! Our programming staff learns how local brokers and agents analyze the market and its behavior. They use that knowledge to make REDataCenter “think” the same way.
High Schools & Specialty Market Areas
Zip codes, counties and MLS areas often don’t reflect the true boundaries of a market area. Analysis of High School Market areas is included in all our subscription packages. Specialty market areas available with the Enhanced Subscription provide information about those market areas that all the agents know how to search for but don’t exist in your current reporting. For example, REDataCenter finds all the lake properties that are really on the lake the same way your agents do. AND—Premier Subscribers can make requests for analysis of any market area they can define.
REDataCenter knows that there is more to the market than just geography. We go beyond the basics of total bedrooms and bathrooms to analyze the market using features like garage, basement, master-on-main and neighborhood swim/tennis. We currently have over 20 separate features available for analysis and publish 14 of them for every market area, every month.
“Wholesale, Retail, New”
Especially in today’s market, new construction versus resale just doesn’t tell the whole story. We pick out the foreclosures, short-sales and other distressed properties the same way your agents do. The tale is very different when you see “Wholesale” on a separate line!
Managing change is hard! We know that simply providing a great tool doesn’t mean that all your agents, even all of your best agents, will make good use of it. We’ve been there! Our candid broker training provides you with the materials, knowledge and language you need to get the highest possible return on your investment.
Developed through trial and error with real agents, we know what works—and more importantly what doesn’t! Our copyrighted user interface is so unique and works so well we’ve submitted it for a patent. Even your most technologically challenged agents can find their way.
