Zip codes, counties and MLS areas often don’t reflect the true boundaries of a market area. Analysis of High School Market areas is included in all our subscription packages. Specialty market areas available with the Enhanced Subscription provide information about those market areas that all the agents know how to search for but don’t exist in your current reporting. For example, REDataCenter finds all the lake properties that are really on the lake the same way your agents do. AND—Premier Subscribers can make requests for analysis of any market area they can define.
Property Characteristics
REDataCenter knows that there is more to the market than just geography. We go beyond the basics of total bedrooms and bathrooms to analyze the market using features like garage, basement, master-on-main and neighborhood swim/tennis. We currently have over 20 separate features available for analysis and publish 14 of them for every market area, every month.
